Hundreds of people packed into a Shropshire nightclub to see the ’80s pop legend Boy George take to the stage for a DJ set.
The singer, who enjoyed worldwide fame as the frontman of 1980s group Culture Club and has since forged a global reputation as a top DJ, performed at Gibsons nightclub in Oswestry last night.
The appearance, which saw the launch of his new album The Koolwaters 365, was described as a real coup for the town by organiser Paul Headings.
