Our video shows last year’s lights

A family which raised more than £2,000 for charity with its massive Christmas lights display last year is hoping to top that figure this Christmas – with even more bulbs.

Farmer Mark Pugh, of Lower House Farm, Alberbury, near Shrewsbury, and his family have put up the display outside their home, which this year features 50,000 bulbs, which they say is the most they have ever used.

Every year Mr Pugh turns on his display and encourages visitors to make a donation to charity.
