Drummond’s nervy finale

Shropshire golfer Scott Drummond was today facing a nerve-jangling conclusion to the European Tour Qualifying School.
Drummond began the last day of the six-round marathon tied 25th, with the top 30 players earning a place on next year’s Tour.
The Shrewsbury-born professional will be anxious to make final day progress – the higher players finish within the top 30, the more starts they are guaranteed next season.
