Shropshire Council and English Heritage have collaborated on a fascinating project to record the county’s  landmarks, both ancient and new.

The on-going aerial archaeology survey covers iron age hillforts, castles and modern changes to the landscape, such as the demolition of the Allscott Sugar Beet Factory and the new RAF Cosford Cold War Museum.
