Proposal to develop site

Plans for a new industrial estate which will include office space, retail units and a day nursery, have been submitted to Shropshire Council.
The proposed development for the Battlefield Enterprise Park, Shrewsbury, has been submitted on behalf of Morris Property.
The developers say the site will be divided into two areas – a light, industrial area and another for offices, retail units and day nursery.
It is not known how many jobs the development will create. The industrial area will comprise of 11 small factory units.
