It’s pleasing to see that the new 50mph limit on Redhill Way is a success.

Thats a shame, I liked that statue. I hope they repair it and place it somewhere where it is less likely to be mown down by a rogue lorry.

I liked the sculpture too – let’s hope it is either repaired or replaced by something similar, and that the driver’s insurers are made to stump up the cost.

If there had been a car in the way I shudder to think what would have happened. If the driver or the company involved were in any way negligent, then they should be prosecuted.

If this roundabout had traffic lights, this tragedy would not have happened.

Why would this roundabout ever need signals ? What a completely ludicrous comment from someone who obviously has no knowledge of traffic or highway engineering. Peasbody’s comments are always uninformed drivel

Get real HSJP, you don’t thiunk that someone wouldn’t try and run the lights and end up losing control, stick to your horse, traffic isn’t your forte.
