Controversial art ‘on target’

A controversial sculpture celebrating Charles Darwin in Shrewsbury is on target to be unveiled tomorrow, council officials said today, vowing people could enjoy it.
A frame surrounding the Quantum Leap sculpture in Mardol Quay is being taken down by workmen using a large crane.
