The best ham in the world - no comparison to the watery pink plastic you get from Tesco. Sliced from a joint right in front of you as thick or thin as you want. A superb delicatessan there too which serves lovely bread and cheeses. Ludlow has more than survived the advent of Tesco and with positive advertising and direction Ellesmere could certainly do the same Tudor Lobb, I am one of those people. The novelty of Tesco will soon wear off. Perhaps the Star could run a good news story citing the fact that people travel quite significant distances to visit Ellesmere's shops when other alternative shopping areas are available!
