Visitors invited to walk tunnel

A reservoir tunnel underneath a Shropshire beauty spot will open to the public for the first time in the site’s 107-year history later this month.

The tunnel under Carding Mill Valley Reservoir will open on September 12 and 13. It is six feet high and 450 feet long and leads to a metal tower.
