Meeting over Tesco sale cash

Residents in Newtown are being urged to attend a public meeting tomorrow to find out where millions of pounds raised by Powys County Council’s sale of land to Tesco could be spent.
The sale amount has not been disclosed but is thought to run into millions.
The meeting will be at the Elephant and Castle Hotel at 7pm.
