Driver in ‘road-rage’ incident

Tuesday 1st September 2009, 2:45PM BST.

A driver was left shaken after being grabbed by the throat and verbally abused in an incident of road rage in Telford, police revealed today.

Officers said the victim, a 32-year-old man, was targeted after initially noticing an Audi A4 was being driven dangerously behind him after he turned off the A442 at the Wombridge Interchange towards Donnington on Friday.

Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward.
