Freddie ready to face BB axe again
Friday 7th August 2009, 11:29AM BST.
Family and friends are rooting today for Shropshire Big Brother contestant Freddie Fisher as he faces the chop from the reality television show once again.
Friend Ravi Chopra said the 24-year-old had changed recently and was providing more viewing entertainment than ever before. Mr Chopra will appear on Big Brother’s Little Brother today at 6pm on E4 with Freddie’s younger sister Ginny.
He said his friend was still fairly popular, had a lot to give and was confident he would survive tonight’s eviction.
“I still think he is the most interesting housemate in there,” he said.
“He has changed a lot recently and this has attracted both praise and criticism pretty much in equal measure but I think that is good for the show.
“You have got someone who is controversial but someone who I believe has his heart in the right place.
“I hope he doesn’t go out. I’m a little optimistic.”
Mr Chopra added: “He has become more controversial I think but at least that’s interesting. It’s added excitement to the house.
“I think in many ways he is providing more viewing entertainment than ever before.
“It will be interesting to see what happens with Bea, what will happen with Lisa – they had that big argument.
“If she stays in that would actually be quite fun to see.”
All of the housemates face eviction tonight, after rule-breaking over nominations.
Marcus and Siavash both broke “fundamental” regulations, Big Brother said.
A statement from the sh- ow said: “As a number of the housemates have blatantly disregarded such a fundamental rule, Big Brother has decided it should be left to the public to decide who they want in the house .”
Viewers will vote for those they want to save and the contestant with the least amount will leave tonight.
