Devastated mother’s tribute to son

jamie-tealeThe devastated family of a south Shropshire teenager who died suddenly have today paid tribute to their “amazing boy”, who will be deeply missed.

Nineteen-year-old Jamie Teale’s mother Heather, of Ludlow, said her heart was breaking following his death on July 25.

An inquest has been opened and adjourned by the south Shropshire coroner Anthony Sibcy until October.

Hundreds of messages and tributes have been posted on a social networking site.

Mrs Teale, writing on the site, said: “My darling, darling boy! I cannot tell you how much my heart is breaking. Not being able to hold you is unbearable.

“We have had a constant stream of family and friends everyone is supporting each other.

“RIP Tig, I love you with every breath in my body and will miss you every day of my life. Night, night my baby. Mum x.”

She added: “I would like to thank everyone for their comments and tributes to my son.

“He was an amazing boy, who I was privileged to call my son.”

Mr Teale’s sister Zoe  wrote: “I miss you so much. You are the best brother in the world and I can’t believe you are gone. You will always be here with me.

“I love you loads and loads. You mean the world to me.”

More than 200 youngsters, family and friends have also paid tribute to Mr Teale, who was a former pupil at Ludlow School, on the site.

Mr Teale’s funeral will take place at St Laurence’s Parish Church in Ludlow on Thursday at 12.30pm. Floral tributes are welcome and donations in lieu of flowers will go to charity.
