I’d back money on the fact that Madeley folk born and bred will be clapping their hands at the demolition of the nightmare of a town centre they have suffered since the days of TDC. What I am afraid of is putting all your eggs in one basket with their alliance with Tesco. Already the market traders are expressing doubts and what people must not forget is that Tesco is a huge company only interested in profit and anyone who stands in their way will be destroyed financially and stopped from trading. Competition is not welcome. But good luck Madeley.
