Council officials have issued a warning over potentially toxic algae on two lakes in the Ellesmere area.

Council officials have issued a warning over potentially toxic algae on two lakes in the Ellesmere area.
Blue-green algae on the Mere at Ellesmere and in Colemere
can cause irritation to the skin, and illness and possibly death if
ingested, experts say.
Visitors are warned not to swim or allow dogs to swim.
