Boy, 8, hit by car is now ‘stable’

An eight-year-old boy who was hit by a car in Telford is now in a stable condition.

Tom Rowley, of Telford, was injured as he walked back from the shops in Hadley Park Road, Leegomery, last Thursday.

A spokeswoman from Birmingham Children’s Hospital said the youngster was “stable” today.
