Bucks in the red with new away kit

AFC Telford United are launching a new away kit in time for the club’s first pre-season friendly next Saturday.

The new-look red strip should be on sale from the club shop for fans wishing to get their hands on the new design ahead of the game at Market Drayton Town.

The kit will again be supplied by top sportswear giant Adidas, who entered into a partnership with the Bucks last season.

The home strip will remain unchanged, with the club opting to now change one design on an alternate basis each season.

“It’s a fantastic design and I’m looking forward to unveiling it,” said chairman Lee Carter.

“It builds on the stuff Adidas did for us last year – we are in the second year of a three-year deal and we’re delighted to be working with a company of their stature.”

l Fans can now apply for a 10-game season ticket for the 2009-10 season.

The tickets are £105 for adults and £75 for concessions. Supporters must fill in an application form, which can be downloaded from the club website.

The campaign will get under way with the visit of Blyth Spartans to the New Bucks Head on Saturday, August 8.
