£6m hall on sale again
Monday 29th June 2009, 10:46AM BST.
An historic Shropshire house has been put up for sale for the second time in four years – with an asking price of £6 million.
Condover Hall, near Shrewsbury, is owned by Priory Education Services and run as an education centre for young people with autism.
But because of mounting maintenance costs, it has decided it can no longer afford to keep the four-storey property.
The school at the building is due to close this month. The children will be relocated to other sites.
