Today the House of Commons publishes the list of MPs’ expenses.
The claims, which have been scanned electronically, relate to MPs’ claims dating back to 2004/05 and up to 2007/08.

Good to see that Mr & Mrs Kawcynski will be sleeping soundly in their new flat with their new £400 Stuart Jones leather headboard!! – Not to mention their £250 per month general expenses + mortgage payments, food bills, oh and their other expenses (did some one mention snouts in the trough!!) ITS BEYOND A JOKE! Im not bothered to look at the other local MP’s feeding frenzy

£65 for a razor (David Wright), £400 for an air conditioning unit? (Daniel Kawczynski). I’d rather they grow a beard and get warm than at my cost – or that they pay for personal items themselves.

looking at Kawcynski second home claim this droped from £1,603 Oct 07 to £801.00 Nov 07. I remember reading that Kawcynski said he had done this to reduce cost so hats off to him he did.

Shocking – £1733 a month mortgage costs??
And claiming for your T.V. Licence? I might be thick but jeez I could seriously live in a life of luxury on those amounts all year round never mind it just being expenses relating to a second home! phew
Also can someone answer me this? if the large payments are towards mortgages and not rent – do they give any of it back when they sell those second houses at a profit????
