Halfwit at centre of Big Brother row

Monday 15th June 2009, 11:37AM BST.

freddie-fisher-1757Market Drayton housemate Freddie Fisher, better known to the nation as Halfwit, was at the centre of a blazing row when he showed solidarity for Noirin’s hunger strike – by deciding to parade around in a towel.

The Big Brother house erupted into a series of arguments following Noirin’s decision to stop eating because she has to draw glasses and a moustache on her face every day.

While Brummie housemate Lisa suggested that a strike wasn’t a great idea, Freddie showed support by deciding to walk around the entire duration of her hunger strike by substituting clothes for towels.

The issue sparked a furious fight between Wolverine look-a-like Marcus and Lisa, who blasted Freddie for backing the action.

Lisa snapped at him: “Put on some clothes and stop being so pathetic. You came in without cigarettes and bottled out of that within a couple of days. You’re weak and you have no strength of character.”

Freddie said he thought Lisa was a bully, although she denied it.

Meanwhile, Shrewsbury Big Brother housemate Kris Donnelly and Sophie Reade’s relationship came under the spotlight with accusations that it may be false.

Big Brother called the pair into the Diary Room and questioned the validity of their romance.

This guy is a legend. The way he is being treated by most of the HMs (particualrly Lisa) is disgusting. Freddie to win Big Brother
