Petrol breaks £1 barrier

Petrol prices are now above £1 a litre in some areas of Shropshire. How much are you paying?
At Trench Lock this morning a litre of unleaded fuel cost £1.02.
According to the website petrolprices.com, the cost of unleaded fuel in the TF10 postcode region ranged between 97.9p and 105.9p
The cheapest litre of diesel cost 99.9p and the most expensive a whacking 110.9p.
In Shrewsbury, the cheapest unleaded petrol in the SY postcode area was 97.9p; the most expensive was 108.9p.
Diesel prices ranged from 99.9 pence per litre to 108.9 pence.

i think its ridiculus when they were charging us 85p a litre there was no problem, why do they find the need to keep increasing the price. we as public are already struggling with the credit crunch we dont need this ontop, dont you agree?

this isclown browns fauilt for such high taxes – we must attack the public sector now, get rid of the welfare state and cut taxes NOW
