A duck had a lucky escape today when it was saved in a dramatic boat rescue.
The mallard had been trapped in the water for two days at Mousecroft Woodland, Nobold Lane, near Shrewsbury.
Inspectors from the Shropshire branch of the RSPCA used a boat to mount a water rescue.

Well its time the council got onto the SAF to clean up the pool and to regularly remove all the line from the trees like the past bailiff did in his rubber dingy..
