Deco, who based in Shrewsbury, are aiming at the creation of Art Rock albums, combining their influences Radiohead & Portishead, with the more mainstream edge of a heavy Placebo influence.

They reached the secondary final of last year’s Battle of the Bands and are aiming to go one better in 2009, following a number of line-up changes.
Band members Matt and Alex are both music technology students and have done all of the production and recording themselves, which has helped in creating a recorded sound closer to their aim.
