What’s in a name? That’s the question Shropshire Big Brother contestant Freddie Fisher found himself asking as he signed a deed poll to change his moniker to Halfwit.

The humiliation continued when the apple of Freddie’s eye, Sophie, also agreed to change her name to Dog Face to become fully fledged housemates and avoid last night’s first eviction.

Big Brother’s county contestants Freddie and Kris Donnelly, who is from Shrewsbury, have been keeping millions entertained by chasing girls and offering massages to fellow contestants.

Oxford University graduate Freddie, 23, has already tried his luck with blonde bombshell Sophie, a 20-year-old Page 3 girl who seems to be more interested in Brazilian student Rodrigo. Freddie said: “I usually go for clever girls and Sophie is the typical kind of girl I was going to meet on Big Brother and nowhere else. She’s beautiful and has great energy.”

He has also kept his housemates entertained by offered them a back, shoulder and neck massage with help from fellow contestant Noirin. Freddie decided to open Freddie’s Massage Parlour after rubbing Sree’s back, Sree said he would happily marry the entrepreneur from near Market Drayton.

Freddie said: “If I were going to get married and you were a girl that would be wonderful.”
