Half-mast flag for historian

The county flag is flying at half mast at the Shirehall in Shrewsbury in respect to a former Shropshire county councillor whose funeral takes place today.
Dr David James Lloyd MBE was a former mayor of Ludlow and a well-respected historian who wrote numerous books about the town. He died on May 17.
