Roadworks set to finish early

Roadworks on one of the busiest roads in Shropshire look set to finish two weeks ahead of schedule.
Resurfacing and drainage work on the A49 at Dorrington, near Shrewsbury, was due to be completed by the spring bank holiday.
But Annie Harris, from the Highways Agency, said work should now be wrapped up by May 12, depending on the weather.
