Kennels row legal move

Shropshire Council is seeking legal advice as campaigners against proposed hunting kennels in Whixall prepare to take their fight to the High Court.
Objectors to the proposed kennels for 80 dogs at Greenfields in Ossage Lane, have warned the council they will call for a judicial review over a decision to allow the kennels to be built, unless it quashes the decision by tomorrow.
Council spokesman Gareth Proffitt said: “Shropshire Council is currently seeking legal advice in relation to this matter.”
Permission was granted for the kennels in February.

I’m disgusted that more kennels are being built. Hunting is quite rightly banned and I for one am going to campaign to see that the Council reverses this decision!

I do not care if i do not live in the area i have an opinion which i will express.
Hunting being banned has nothing to do with it .They are indulging in a legal pass time and require an area to have the kennells. which i am sure they will get no matter what silly objectors have to say on the matter. After all it is much better than the pig farm or the other uses being muted.

i do live in the village, i am reasuring you that about 90% of the people round here either support the kennels coming or dont mind, becouse they have visited the current kennels near hadnal. the other 10% has been poisoned by three people in particular, who stir and lie. all three of which really dont have a leg to stand on becouse two live outside the area and the other one causes more trouble than anyone with a pack of hounds could.

also may i add that the small group of people already had names for themselves as loudmouth nobodies / busybodies. i say this becouse all of us in the surrounding area are sick to the back teeth of them sturing. its getting old now, the people from the hunt proved to us it will be fine.
