Like it or not it is here to stay .I do think it should be now put in every area such as public parks/streets and all public buildings frequented by the general public.
I also think it should be placed in classrooms of our schools regardless of what teachers opinions of it are it would quicken the exclusion of disruptive children and removal of any doubt with regards the word of a teacher over incidents where the parents accuse the teacher of over egging sittuations or victimisation which i am afraid happens.
