Police fears for man, 38

Police were today continuing their search for a missing Shropshire man.

Officers say there is “real concern” for 38-year-old Richard Hughes, from Market Drayton.

Mr Hughes is thought to have left the Clive area in his vehicle sometime between 10.30pm on Wednesday and 4.30am yesterday.

An extensive search was launched around the Wem area and Maria Hawkaluk, police spokeswoman, said today officers were still searching.

Mr Hughes is white, about 5ft 10in tall and has a birth mark shaped like a number four on his forehead.
