GM Telford Tigers can count themselves unlucky to be on the losing end of a 5-3 scoreline against high-flying Guildford Flames after a stirring home performance.
Claude Dumas’ men had been hoping to snatch at least a point from the encounter in a bid to keep their fading EPL play-off hopes alive.
But Guildford’s strength in depth began to tell as Telford’s reduced line-up tired towards the end of the match.
