Shropshire and Mid Wales people are enjoying their first taste of spring after the coldest winter for 13 years.
Temperatures in the UK are currently rivalling those in Greece – and it looks like the sunshine will last for the rest of the week.

Yesterday’s spring-like conditions resulted in an exodus to the great outdoors, with walkers, cyclists, motorcyclists and caravan enthusiasts flocking to Shropshire and Welsh leisure spots.
John Warner, Shropshire Star weatherman, said the reason was a large ridge of high pressure sitting over the country and bringing still and settled conditions.
“It should be pleasantly warm all week, especially on Wednesday and Thursday, with temperatures reaching 15C or 16C, about 60F,” he said.
However, Mr Warner said: “By Saturday, temperatures will have dropped to 7 or 8C (45/46F).”
And he warned winter might still make a surprise return. “It’s not that unusual for Shropshire to have snow in March or even April,” he said.
“In fact, the statistics show we are more likely to have a white Easter than a white Christmas.”
