Stuart Phillips, the chef patron of the Hundred House Inn, at Norton, near Bridgnorth, has filmed an exclusive video for shropshirestar.com so that readers can watch him as he makes sweet, savoury and plain pancakes.
For the batter you will need:
- 40z (110g) plain flour
- pinch of salt
- 2 large eggs
- 7fl 0z (200ml) milk mixed with 3fl oz (75ml) water
- 2 0z (50g) butter
Serve with sugar, jam or lemon juice.
