Kitchener keeps his pack place
Friday 13th February 2009, 11:49AM GMT.
Shropshire rugby prospect Graham Kitchener retains his place in the England under-20s line-up against old rivals Wales tonight in Bridgend (7.10pm).
The former Shrewsbury youngster is looking forward to being cheered on from the stands – after playing in front of an empty stadium against Italy last weekend.
Though the pitch at his Worcester Warriors home ground Sixways was playable, the icy conditions around the stadium meant that the 6 Nations match took place behind closed doors.
England went on to win 17-0, but will face a sterner test from Wales despite a 18-17 defeat for the young Dragons against Scotland last weekend.
