Two hurt in farm blast

Two men were hurt during an explosion at a farm in Powys.
Emergency services were called to Hazel Farm, Llandegley, near Llandrindod Wells, yesterday, shortly before 11pm.
A Mid and West Wales Fire Service spokesman said: “The explosion was caused by a man welding a motorcycle. Two men have been taken to hospital, one with severe facial injuries and the other suffering chest pains.”
He said three fire crews from Llandrindod Wells and Rhayader had attended at the scene.
