Family ‘victims of race abuse’

Police have launched an investigation into an incident where a family was subjected to racist abuse.
About eight youths threw snowballs at a house, in Manor Place, Whitchurch, before shouting racist abuse when occupants asked them to stop.
The incident took place between about 9.15pm and 10pm on Wednesday.

8 layabouts throwing snowballs at someones private property and giving abuse.
How do we stop anti social acts like this???SIMPLE zero tolerance. Alas cps and THE ONES IN CHARGE do not think so.
Action can be taken if they wish laws can be brought in quicker if they wish hard line punishment can be brought in if they wish.
ACT before this country ends up in the wc pan.

Throwing snowballs at houses is no doubt a common occurence, but the introdcution of racial abuse into the scenario makes for a far more sinister episode.
Nelson, you might regard racial abuse as commonplace and not newsworthy, but as Andrew puts it we should have zero tolerance of this sort of thing – let’s hope the perpetrators are caught and named and shamed in these pages.

Yes, that it makes headline news suggests it is still rare in that area which has to be a positive as in most places its an everyday occurrence. Not much consolation for the family though and lets hope the police are able to stop this before it is no longer a headline for the area.
