Accident causes rush-hour chaos

Motorists faced rush-hour tailbacks on one of Shropshire’s busiest roads after a two-car crash.
The cars were in collision on the A5 between Cluddley and the Preston Island just before 4pm yesterday.
Drivers heading towards Shrewsbury were left at a standstill as far back as junction 7, near Ketley, of the M54.
No-one was injured.
