Inquest on schoolboy

An inquest has opened on a 12-year-old schoolboy who died after what is believed to have been a tragic accident at his home in Shrewsbury.
Alex Titley, of Gloucester Road, died in the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital at 5.55pm on January 25.
A statement from Detective Constable Catherine Hughes, of Shrewsbury CID, was read out. She said she went to the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital and met with the family where they were told Alex had died.
The inquest was adjourned.
