What have you had to do again?

We’ve all been there – driving tests, GCSE exams, marriage – there’s always something we haven’t got quite right the first time. Even Barack Obama isn’t immune.
America’s 44th president finished his first day in office yesterday by being sworn-in for the second time.
Mr Obama and John Roberts, the Chief Justice of the US Supreme Court, made a bit of a Horlicks of the swearing-in oath on Capitol Hill.
The new leader is supposed to swear to “faithfully execute the office of president of the United States”.
But the chief justice put the word “faithfully” at the end of the sentence and Mr Obama – who noticed the mistake – hesitated before following.
So, at the end of Mr Obama’s first day Chief Justice Roberts was recalled to the White House and Mr Obama was sworn-in once more before a small group of witnesses. Well, you can’t be too careful in America, a land where even a criminal reaches for his lawyer before reaching for his gun.
So this got us wondering. Is there anything you have ever had to repeat after not quite getting it right the first time. It could be anything at all, from your wedding vows to your driving test. Tell us all about it in the comment box below. We promise not to laugh at you. Much.

I had a friend who got married twice in one day. A problem with the rings meant the service had to be repeated in the evening, during the reception.
Beat that!
