What sort of society do we live in where an elderly person out walking his grandchild gest robbed?
It’s about time the home secretary and the police forces of this country, wake up and protect the law abiding and innocent members of the community.
A dramatic change in the law to deal with drug dealers and users is needed would be a great start.
Prison needs to be just that not institutions where the luinatics are running the asylum.
Anybody who has been to jail will tell you drugs are readily available. Prison officers turn a blind eye to drug abuse. Indeed there has been evidence where they themselves have been involved with the supply of drugs to inmates.

Why on earth would anyone carry £200 in cash around with them whilst taking a leisure walk, its obviously someone who knows him
Report abuse
My guess would be he was off to the town ctr.
But regardless of how much money people carry, they should feel safe to walk the streets. Certainly at 9am in the morning. Can’t beleive no one saw it happen or rushed to help.
But then again with how stupid our laws are. If you apprehended the thug, the police would probable charge you with assult.
Sad Sad world we live in today
