Council urged to reject mine plan

Borough planning officers are urging councillors to reject UK Coal’s plans for Huntington Lane, near Little Wenlock.
They say it would have “an unacceptable and significant adverse impact” on the Shropshire Hills Area of Outstanding Natual Beauty and countryside.
