Shrewsbury-based pi financial dixon sutcliffe & co is the first IFA firm in the UK to achieve Investors in Excellence status, which sets new standards of excellence.

Run by Midlands Excellence, Investors in Excellence is a nationwide programme which helps organisations of all sizes to improve their efficiency and performance and looks to recognise that stand for the highest levels of excellence.

“With an industry that is seeking professionalism, we are continually trying to raise the bar for others to try and reach. We have held Investors in People for over 10 years, are the one of the largest chartered financial planners in the country, and this quality mark against the service we provide customers is the greatest accolade yet,” says Tim Sutcliffe (pictured), managing director of pi financial.

Investors in Excellence is a very rigorous programme that aims to develop the key performance areas of a business including leadership, people and customer results.

This is a model that is used by many of Europe’s largest firms, and has a growing base of UK businesses that are attaining the standard and looking to achieve excellence in their field, these include BMW, O2, Huskie, British Aerospace, Siemens and Hewlett Packard.

Pi financial dixon sutcliffe & co had been working towards accreditation for the past 18 months.
