De Silva in club hunt

Calling all Shropshire cricket clubs – Sri Lankan bowler Dinesh De Silva is back on the market and has his sights set on a return to the county this summer.
De Silva has been a star performer in the Marston’s Shropshire Premier League in recent seasons, first at Market Drayton and then with Madeley for the last two years.
He was the league’s leading wicket-taker in 2007, with 43, and was also prolific with the bat, finishing fifth in the averages.
De Silva is currently back home, playing First Class cricket for Seduwa Raddoluwa – and he is certainly in top form, having taken 10 wickets in a match last week.
