Hunt after women grabbed
Tuesday 13th January 2009, 1:00PM GMT.
A group of men grabbed two women walking home in Ludlow and attempted to pull them into their car.
The incident happened at about 3.45am on Sunday as the women were walking in Sydney Road.
A car with three men in it pulled up and one man asked about a cigarette.
As one of the women moved nearer to hear what was said she was grabbed by the arm.
As her companion tried to assist her she was also grabbed by another of the men through a window.
Inspector Jason Wells said: “This was a serious incident and we are anxious to hear from anyone who can assist the police inquiry.”
