Carers face poison case

Thursday 4th December 2008, 9:59AM GMT.

Two care workers from Tenbury Wells have appeared at court charged with poisoning.

Julia Bright and June Furmage both denied administering poison so as to endanger the life of Dawn Saunders when they appeared at Worcester Crown Court.

Bright, 51, of Kyreside, and 47-year-old Furmage, of Stanbrook Road, were granted bail by Judge Andrew Geddes.

A pre-trial review has been set for March 18 next year.
