This is where we need tougher jail terms if the offenders are caught.
This type of crime which destroy’s someone’s life should carry a minimum of 7 years regardless of whether its a first offence or not.
If people do not understand the meaning of respecting other people’s property I doubt community service will teach them otherwise however the threat of 7 years inside will deter anyone from carrying this type of crime out.
