Redhill Mill

Cath said: “It was up for tender with Halls and they were selling the paddock as a separate lot. It had planning permission with it for three dwellings.

“When we first looked at it we thought ‘No way – you must be joking – it’s so vast”, but we couldn’t leave it and so it was sold to us. We knew it was going to be a glorious place.

“And it’s in such a great position. We’ve tried to do the work to it slowly and sympathetically.”

Cath said that Redhill Mill was a wonderful property for entertaining and for children to grow up in. She said: “It’s got the ‘wow’ factor and it appeals to kids as well as adults.”
