Shrewsbury Town manager Paul Simpson has urged a positive approach in the FA Cup clash with Blyth Spartans this weekend.

Simpson was speaking to the Shropshire Star ahead of the long trip north in the First Round.

Town have enjoyed wins in League Two against Luton and in the Johnston’s Paint Trophy against Dagenham & Redbridge this week.

But the trip to Blyth presents its own unique challenges.
