Baby’s body pulled from river
Wednesday 5th November 2008, 9:59AM GMT.
Police divers today recovered the body of a newborn baby from the River Teme in Ludlow.
Officers had been searching for a baby as part of an investigation into the alleged concealment of a birth.
A man in his teens was arrested and questioned by police on suspicion of concealment of a birth yesterday. He has since been released on police bail.
