Telford Tigers star Daniel Croft proved that ice hockey players are a hardy bunch after he suffered a head injury in a brawl during last night’s game against Guilford Flames – but played on regardless.
The former skipper was involved in a violent tussle with Flames player Mark Williams, but was determined to carry on afterwards.
The game ended in a 4-3 overtime defeat for Telford.
Watch our exclusive video to see all the action from the incident and interviews with players involved. Croft was too ill to be interviewed following the game.
