Shropshire has carved itself a well-earned reputation for producing some of the country’s finest foods – and Clungunford-based firm The Organic Smokehouse is a classic example.

The company smokes salmon, cheese and even butter using traditional methods.

And with a royal seal of approval, husband-and-wife team Michael and Debbie Leviseur are hoping for more awards success after their recent joy at winning three gold awards.
